The National Weather Service has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for Grand Canyon Country. A storm system will move into Arizona on Sunday (Jan 27) with heavy rainfall possible. Nice post over on the Arizona Snowbowl blog today about the first snow falling on Flagstaff. David Smith describes the 14″ to 27″ snowfall at different parts of the mountain and gives an estimate of mid-December for opening of the ski resort. We’ll keep you updated with the Snow Report.
