Well, diners love the all new Tinderbox Kitchen in Flagstaff, but what do Hottie & The Fatso think? I’m surprised those Flagstaff restaurant bloggers haven’t posted about it yet… *hint hint!*

Tinderbox opened with a bang on May 5, shaking up Flagstaff’s “other” downtown. Historic 34 South San Francisco St. (just south of the tracks) in Flagstaff, Ariz. is now home to Tinderbox Kitchen, serving American comfort food – redefined. Opening week was met with crowds and excitable energy from locals and visitors alike. Flagstaff’s very own Mayor Presler made an appearance along with more than 200 for the Open House on May 1 and on their second night, they did 83 covers. Co-owners and cousins, Chef Scott Heinonen and Manager Kevin Heinonen’s shared vision is to make TK Flagstaff’s favorite neighborhood restaurant.
