If you’re not familiar with this relatively new summer activity, let me explain. All over Arizona, hotels and resorts set up big theater screens at one end of their pool deck and show family-friendly flicks after sunset. Guests and movie-goers can watch the night’s presentation from lounge chairs or float and play in the pool. Many of the hotels and resorts offer movie treats like popcorn and popsicles.
